The Assistant Site Director is responsible for the assisting the director with the overall planning, designing and development of program content and schedules for Out of School and Summer Camp programs. The Assistant Director ensures subjects and activities are aligned with Center policies as well as requirements set forth by licensing, monitoring, funding and contract agencies. The Site Director ensures the mission and vision of ACCF by overseeing the delivery of high quality out-of-school programming at an assigned location. They are responsible for planning, developing, and managing program implementation. Additional responsibilities include supervising program staff, performing administrative duties, and building positive relationships with students, parents, schools, and the larger community. This is a highly responsible leadership position with independent authority and influence to affect the course of the Center’s programs or bind it to action, policies, and practices.
